6HEAD, located on Sydney’s iconic waterfront in The Rocks, is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. In a premium, high-volume steakhouse environment, you’ll lead on the floor and partner with the Restaurant Manager to uphold our standards.

You’ll develop the team, manage service procedures, and contribute to financial performance, labour control, stock, and compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of management experience in a high-end/high-volume restaurant.
• Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, budgets, P&L and cost control.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of food, service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage daily opening, closing and service procedures.
• Support training, briefings, rosters and team development.
• Manage labour, stock, wastage and cost of goods.
• Monitor financial performance and work towards budgets and KPIs.
• Handle guest, staff and supplier feedback.
• Maintain OHS, RSA, food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Take ownership in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.
