Job summary

LuMi Dining, a two-hatted waterfront restaurant in Pyrmont, NSW, is hiring for Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. You will work with the Executive Chef on menu planning and recipe execution, and uphold quality, service and cleanliness across the kitchen.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Hospitality or 1–3 years’ experience. This is a full-time role (38 hours/week) with remuneration of AUD 79,500–100,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Diploma Hospitality qualification or 1–3 years of employment experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Executive Chef and team in menu planning and recipe generation
• Manage standards of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness throughout the back of house
• Share international cooking experiences and help train others
• Prepare, season and portion food to specification
