Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth, operated by Hunter Street Hospitality, is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry team through a relaunch and ongoing premium service. You will oversee pastry operations, drive creative dessert menus, and ensure high standards across a busy, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has senior pastry leadership experience, a track record of innovative pastry concepts, and strong rostering and inventory skills to support a small but capable team.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Senior Pastry Chef role overseeing a Pastry Team or Department.
• Proven experience in developing and executing creative products at a hatted level.
• Knowledge on rostering, ordering and stock management for a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee pastry team/department to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develop and execute creative pastry concepts aligned with a premium brand.
• Manage rostering, ordering and stock control for the pastry section.
