  • Set exacting standards for flavour, texture, presentation and consistency through documented recipes, specifications, SOPs and quality controls.

  • A proven record within an internationally recognised luxury hotel or resort, leading complex, high-volume pastry and bakery operations.
  • Advanced expertise across classical and contemporary pâtisserie, artisan bread and fermentation, viennoiserie and lamination, chocolate, confectionery and plated desserts.
  • Demonstrated success leading sizeable teams and maintaining exceptional standards across varied service styles and volumes.
  • Strong commercial capability in recipe costing, budgeting, labour planning, procurement, inventory control and waste reduction.
  • A recognised qualification in pâtisserie, baking, culinary arts or an equivalent discipline, together with professional English communication skills.
  • Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
Application

Submit a current CV and concise PDF portfolio demonstrating work personally created or directed across artisan bread, viennoiserie, fine pâtisserie, plated desserts and chocolate or confectionery.
