Untitled Group in Melbourne, Australia, is seeking a Senior Ticketing Manager to lead high-volume ticketing programs across our live events portfolio, translating strategy into flawless execution from planning to post-event reporting.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Ticketing to drive delivery excellence, mentor the team, manage on-sale execution and onsite operations, and ensure scalable, compliant ticketing across multiple events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior ticketing or live event delivery roles.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to plan, forecast and report on large-scale events.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ticketing delivery and on-sale execution.
• Provide live event and onsite operational support.
• Collaborate with Head of Ticketing to drive delivery excellence.
• Develop insights, updates and reporting for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, scalability and sustainability of ticketing operations.
