Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) based in Adelaide is seeking a Client Ticketing Services Manager to lead service delivery for SA venues and world-class events. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless ticketing operations.

The role requires on-site presence at events, managing Box Office staff, post-event reporting, settlements and insights. Hybrid working is available with a focus on exceptional client relationships and value-added solutions.

Qualificações

• Client relationships: partner with clients to define event ticketing build requirements and timeframes.
• Event operations: master the ticketing system to build and maintain events and execute end-to-end ticketing on event days.
• Event day delivery: on-site testing and engagement, managing Box Office staff, post-event reporting and settlements.
• Marketing collaboration: work with internal/external leads to implement promotional strategies.
• Business development: collaborate with State Manager to drive value-added solutions to increase ticket sales.

Responsabilidades

• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with internal and external leads to ensure promotional strategies are implemented and fulfilled seamlessly.
• Business Development: Work with the State Manager to innovate and provide value-added solutions that increase ticket sales and build brand profile.
