Ticketmaster Australasia Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Client Manager within Support and Operations. The role oversees a portfolio of clients, maintains strong relationships, and ensures contractual obligations are met while maximizing the value of Ticketmaster technology and marketing initiatives.

Working with venue and promoter clients, you will deploy ticketing strategies, provide detailed reporting, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure on-site coverage when required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal colleagues.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and marketing/tech advances.
• IT literacy including Windows Office and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Ability to adapt in a high-pressure environment and handle high-level complaints.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship management.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities; able to lead by example.
• Willingness to travel to office minimum 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of a specific client base and maintain excellent client relationships while ensuring contractual obligations are understood and achieved.
• Meet and exceed client service level agreements and educate clients on procedural guidelines or product updates and new features.
• Plan and deploy ticketing strategies for future events including revised reporting opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to keep them informed about upcoming events and services.
• Develop clear policies and procedures for Client or Venue Box Offices and ensure proper staffing and rosters.
• Assist Archtics Team with upgrades, installations, and conversions for clients.
• Ensure financial settlements and royalty payments are accurate before final approval.
• Attend client functions and presentations; support new initiatives across TM products.
