Job summary

Sacred Heart Mission is seeking a Head of Strategy in Victoria to turn bold growth directions into value-aligned opportunities. You will work with the CEO, executive team and frontline leaders to land new partnerships and implement the strategy with impact for people experiencing homelessness.

You bring a passion for social justice, a strong strategic mindset, and a track record of building trusted partnerships across diverse perspectives to achieve improved outcomes.

Your New Role

Sacred Heart Mission is growing. We want to expand into new services and geographies to serve more people and communities. We have a bold vision and clear growth directions – now we need a senior leader who can turn our strategy into action.

As Head of Strategy, you’ll work closely with our CEO, executive team, board and front-line leaders to land new opportunities and build value-aligned partnerships.

For this role, you'll bring a passion for social justice that has shaped a career focused on addressing the structural causes of disadvantage. Through your previous leadership roles, you’ve developed a strong strategic mindset while staying grounded in lived experience voice.

At the heart of your work is a belief in the power of relationships. You enjoy bringing diverse perspectives together and are experienced in building trusted partnerships to achieve better outcomes for people.

• This is a full time, 3 year contract position.
• Base salary is approx $150K plus super, depending on experience
• Salary packaging expenses like your rent, holiday accommodation and dining out: up to $15,900 pre-tax.
