Job summary

Sacred Heart Mission seeks a Technology Business Partner to act as the primary liaison between Technology and business programs, coordinating applications and vendor governance to meet operational and regulatory needs.

This full-time role sits in the Enterprise Support division, supporting IT, finance, administration and procurement to deliver the Mission’s strategic plan with a focus on service delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT/Business Information Systems background is required.
• Experience supporting or managing business applications in complex service delivery environments.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, vendors and technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business programs and act as the primary Technology contact for initiatives.
• Understand business needs and support informed technology decisions.
• Coordinate implementations, upgrades, enhancements and changes with vendors and stakeholders.
• Govern and continuously improve SHM’s application portfolio and data-related initiatives.

As the Technology Business Partner, you will play a crucial role as the primary relationship manager between Technology, business programs and application vendors. The role supports SHM to select, implement, govern, maintain and improve business applications, so they meet operational needs, service delivery outcomes and regulatory requirements.

This is afull-time position where you will have the exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Support division who is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Mission's Strategic Plan and operational needs for Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, Administration and Property and Procurement.

Your New Role

As the Technology Business Partner, you will play a crucial role as the primary relationship manager between Technology, business programs and application vendors. The role supports SHM to select, implement, govern, maintain and improve business applications, so they meet operational needs, service delivery outcomes and regulatory requirements.

Your Day-To-Day

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with business programs and acting as the primary Technology contact for business application initiatives.
• Working with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and support informed technology decisions.
• Coordinating application implementations, upgrades, enhancements and system changes with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the governance, lifecycle management and continuous improvement of SHM's business application portfolio.
• Working with System Owners to support application governance, role-based access controls and access management processes.
• Managing vendor relationships and contributing to contract reviews, service reviews and performance discussions.
• Assisting with application assessments, business cases and system selection activities for new or replacement solutions.
• Supporting reporting, integration and data-related initiatives across key business systems.
• Maintaining application documentation, registers and governance artefacts.

Essentials for Success

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Analysis,Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting or managing business applications in a complex service delivery environment.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, vendors and technical resources to deliver application improvements or system changes.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, requirements gathering, implementation support, vendor coordination and documentation.
• Working knowledge of application access management, role-based access control, system administration and information security principles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Salary range betwen $119,000 - $124,000 plus Super, depending on experience.
