Job summary

Sacred Heart Mission is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to deliver an ambitious new strategy aimed at reaching more people in more communities. You will work with the Head of Fundraising to manage direct appeals, donor acquisition campaigns, and the regular giving program to grow our individual giving revenue.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of multi-channel fundraising appeals and create experiences that inspire generosity and long-term donor engagement.

• Proven experience in delivering fundraising campaigns, including appeals and regular giving.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for donor-centred content.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Your New Role

As the IndividualGiving Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering an ambitious new strategy aimed at reaching more people in more communities.

Working closely with the Head of Fundraising, you’ll manage direct appeals, donor acquisition campaigns, and our regular givingprogram — all with the goal of growing ourindividualgiving revenue. In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of compelling multi-channel fundraising appealsand help create experiences that inspire generosity and long-term donor engagement.

We are looking for someone with experience inindividualgiving, is a self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team. Who brings creativity and attention to detail to campaign planning and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives!

Your day-to-day

As the Individual Giving Manager, your goal will be to drive performance across the Individual Giving program and deepen donor relationships. A typical day might include:

• Managing and implementing Sacred Heart Mission’s Individual Giving Strategy to meet income targets.
• Leading the development of compelling appeals and donor campaigns across multiple channels.
• Creating donor journeys that build trust and inspire long-term giving.
• Writing and coordinating fundraising content that resonates with donors.
• Supporting donor acquisition, reactivation and upgrades, especially for regular giving.

We're looking for someone with

• Demonstrated experience delivering successful fundraising campaigns, especially appeals and regular giving.
• High level interpersonal, communication and presentational skills and ability to craft emotive donor-centred content.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with donor best practice.
• Self-motivation and strong organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage a pressurised workload, especially during peak times such as appeals and events.
• Diploma or tertiary qualification in fundraising or communications (desirable).

• Base salary is approx $120K plus super, depending on experience.
