Job summary

Aruma is seeking a strategic and people-focused Manager Shared Living to lead a portfolio of Home & Living services in Grafton & Coffs Harbour. You will guide teams delivering high-intensity supports and behaviours of concern, ensuring safe, person-centred care and regulatory compliance.

You will shape growth opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive continuous improvement across regions while fostering a supportive, values-driven workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in disability or health services.
• Experience supporting people with complex needs and high-intensity supports.
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and person-centred practice.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop teams delivering supports to participants with complex needs.
• Drive participant outcomes through person-centred and strengths-based practices.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Oversee service quality, risk, incident management and performance.
• Build relationships with participants, families, advocates and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and service performance for sustainable outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities within local community and broader network.
• Develop strategic partnerships and referral pathways for service expansion.
