Aruma in Townsville is seeking a Manager in Home & Living to lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred disability services. You’ll shape strategy, support staff development and ensure high-quality outcomes for the people we support.

You’ll bring 5+ years of middle-management experience, relevant qualifications, and a passion for human rights and exceptional service. This is a values-driven leadership role with a clear impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a middle management role, ideally in disability services.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Diploma/Cert IV in related fields.
• Commitment to human rights and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dedicated Home & Living team to deliver high-quality disability services.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship and development opportunities for staff.
• Oversee budgets, rosters and performance to align with strategic priorities.
• Champion human rights-based, person-centred care across the team.
• Navigate multiple systems to coordinate services and support targets.
