Aruma is seeking a Manager, Community to lead our Toowoomba/Ipswich portfolio, overseeing community hubs, respite services, customer homes, and related supports. This hands-on leadership role partners with Service Leads to deliver person-centred, high-quality outcomes while ensuring alignment with Aruma's values and strategic goals.

You will coach frontline teams, manage budgets and workforce planning, and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio, maintaining compliance and risk

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in disability, community services, health, aged care, or human services.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and operational performance.
• Sound knowledge of NDIS, quality, compliance, and safeguarding requirements.
• A visible and supportive leader who builds trust, accountability, and engagement.
