Job summary

Aruma is seeking a Manager, Community to lead a portfolio of community-based services. You will guide service delivery across hubs, respite services, customer homes, and community supports, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with organisational goals.

You will coach Service Leads, manage budgets, and drive workforce planning while upholding person-centred practices to promote independence, choice, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in disability, community services, health, aged care, or human services.
• Experience managing large and diverse workforces.
• Proven experience supporting customers with complex needs.
• Strong understanding of NDIS, clinical governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, workforce utilisation, and operational performance.
• A resilient and visible leader who thrives in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across complex support and service environments.
• Support Service Leads and frontline leaders to deliver exceptional services.
• Manage service delivery risks and operational challenges.
• Drive quality, clinical governance, compliance, and safeguarding outcomes.
• Oversee workforce planning, service continuity, and financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, families, and key stakeholders.
