Job summary

Not For Profit Care Provider is seeking a Scheduling Manager for a newly created role leading scheduling across three Support at Home hubs. You’ll bring the teams together under a consistent approach, helping them meet clients’ needs while making the best use of the workforce.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead the Scheduling Supervisors at Currambine, Rockingham and Mirrabooka, with approximately 15 Schedulers in the wider team.

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling or workforce planning experience.
• Experience in aged care, home care, health or disability services would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Scheduling Supervisors, building a connected, capable team across all three sites.
• Improve rostering and workforce planning so services are reliable, efficient and responsive to client needs.
• Use scheduling data and forecasts to identify staffing needs, manage capacity and support budget outcomes.
• Ensure scheduling practices meet relevant legislation, industrial requirements and internal policies.
• Work closely with operational leaders and support teams to solve problems, improve systems and introduce consistent processes.
• Strengthen reporting, auditing and continuity planning, including arrangements for weekends, holidays and unexpected events.
