Respect is Australia’s leading home care provider. We are seeking a commercially minded Workforce Planning & Scheduling General Manager to lead forecasting, rostering and optimisation across our national Home Care division.

You will manage a national team, ensure capacity aligns with demand, drive efficiency and continuity of care, and travel interstate as required. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on data, collaboration and delivering measurable service improvements.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded operational leader with experience in workforce planning, scheduling or resource management.
• Expertise in forecasting, capacity planning and workforce analytics; strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience in aged care, healthcare or similar service environment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of short and long-term workforce forecasts aligned to demand and portfolio mix.
• Optimize field and clinical workforce utilisation and rosters while controlling indirect costs.
• Provide leadership to Scheduling Coordinators and Home Care Assistants to meet service standards.
• Deliver workforce analytics and insights to drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
