Job summary

Hormn, Australia''s fastest-growing hormone health clinic, seeks a strategic creator lead to build a weekly ad production system for two products. You will turn research into angles, angles into scripts, and scripts into finished video and static ads.

You will hire the editor, designer and creators who run it with you, and embed compliance guardrails into the brief templates since we advertise a regulated health service.

Qualifications

• You have led creative for high-spend Meta accounts (>$1M/month) and can show ads and results.
• You have built or run a creator bench: casting, briefing, paying, replacing.
• You read ad metrics like a media buyer and write hooks like a copywriter.
• You have worked in health, finance, or other regulated categories, or adapt quickly to rules.

Hormn is Australia's fastest-growing hormone health clinic. Our menopause program launches this quarter, Canada follows next year and the UK after that.

You will build the machine that turns research into angles, angles into scripts, and scripts into finished video and static ads. You will hire the editor, the designer and the creators who run it with you.

You have worked in health, finance or another regulated category, or you can show you learn rules fast and build them into the work.

You would rather own a number than own a brand book.

What you get

$150,000 to $180,000 base, depending on what you can show.
