You will own the full creative ideas and testing loop for a dental implant patient network operating across Australia and New Zealand. You will plan weekly creative schedules, study ad performance data, develop new hooks based on results and patient questions, and lead the production of short-form direct-response video ads.

Key responsibilities

Plan the weekly creative schedule

Study winning and losing ads and write new hooks based on performance data and patient questions

Find local talent that can execute the creative plan

Develop the core content of each ad

Create CTA variations

Run weekly filming sessions with presenters

Interview presenters off-camera so answers sound natural

Brief editors and approve final ads

Deliver 15-20 new ads every week

Launch fresh variations with the media buying team

Review results and recommend what to kill, iterate, or scale

Turn sales-call objections and patient questions into new ad concepts

Maintain a clear creative library and testing backlog

About you

Have produced short-form direct-response video ads

Can show ads that generated measurable results

Know how to make ordinary people comfortable on camera

Understand hooks, retention, offers, objections, and CTAs

Can use Meta data to explain why an ad worked or failed

Move quickly without needing constant supervision

Are comfortable repeating proven messages through new angles

Can work within Australian and New Zealand dental advertising requirements
