The successful candidate will oversee growth, onboarding, data integrity, member insights, and service quality while shaping advocacy, policy positions and government engagement.

Qualifications

• As required, 15+ years in senior leadership roles within membership organisations or related sectors.
• Experience shaping membership growth, engagement, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities
