Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager in Australia to lead a high-energy MSC team, driving membership growth and delivering unforgettable member experiences. You will own the member journey from joiner to leaver, coach the team to smash targets, and foster a culture that motivates prospects to join and members to stay active.

In this role you will manage club operations, deliver sales training, and contribute to retention and growth budgets while maintaining excellent service

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales and customer service experience with KPI attainment.
• Understanding of sales cycle and upselling/cross-selling.
• Experience managing the customer journey and retention metrics.

Aufgaben

• Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to reach monthly sales targets.
• Achieve your own monthly and annual sales targets.
• Create structure to ensure MSC daily minimum performance.
• Deliver sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Ensure enquiries via phone, email or in person are answered within 24 hours.
• Support Club and Regional Manager in developing growth initiatives.
• Assist Club Manager in MSC roster planning.
