Job summary

Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is seeking a Leader of Learning & Wellbeing to guide a diverse team and collaborate with parents to deliver the ACA approach. You will lead the LST, support teachers, and may teach in class when required.

The role emphasises person-centred planning, data-informed development, and partnership with families. Location-based responsibilities align with NSW campuses.

Qualifications

• Recognised teaching qualifications and registration with NSW ESA are required.
• Experience delivering autism-focused education programs is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across school teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Learning Support Team (LST) and coordinate teaching staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, therapists and coordinators to deliver ACA.
• May undertake on-class teaching responsibilities.
