Job summary

Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is seeking a Leader of Learning & Wellbeing to drive the ACA approach, lead the Learning Support Team, and work closely with families. The role may include on-class teaching and requires a strong person-centred, data-driven focus.

The school network opened a new primary campus with a commitment to inclusive practice and ongoing professional development for staff.

Qualifications

• Full-time coordination role, 38 hours per week.
• Recognised university or tertiary teaching qualifications.
• Registration with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
• WWCC for paid employment; current driver’s licence may be essential; LR licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Learning Support Team and partner with parents and carers.
• Deliver on-class teaching responsibilities if required.
• Ensure delivery of quality educational standards under the ACA framework.
