Citation Group, backed by private equity, is hiring a senior digital leader in Australia to own the group’s digital channels and drive growth across brands including foundU. You will partner with executives, Sales and analytics to evolve our go-to-market and maximize pipeline and revenue.

The role offers real ownership, a hands-on start, and a clear path to expanding the team as the business scales through organic growth and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B digital marketing experience with multi-channel budget ownership.
• Strong hands-on experience across paid and organic search, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Set the digital strategy and decide where investment delivers greatest impact.
• Drive acquisition and lead generation across paid, organic and AI search channels.
• Make our website a high-performing lead generator.
• Turn interest into pipeline through nurture and smart automation; report on performance and insights.
