Job summary

Citation Group, backed by private equity, is hiring a senior digital leader in Australia to own the group’s digital channels and drive growth across brands including foundU. You will partner with executives, Sales and analytics to evolve our go-to-market and maximize pipeline and revenue.

What you'll be responsible for

Reporting to the CMO, you'll own Citation Group's digital channels and the journey from first click to sales-ready lead, working across all of our brands including foundU. You'll partner closely with our business leaders, Sales and analytics teams, and play a key part in evolving how we take our brands to market.

• Set the digital strategy and decide where investment works hardest
• Drive acquisition and lead generation across paid, organic and emerging AI search channels
• Make our website a high-performing lead generator
• Turn interest into pipeline through nurture and smart use of automationReport on performance and turn insight into action

Expect to be hands-on early, getting to know the channels and setting things up for success, before shifting your focus to strategy and growth.

Who we're looking for

You're a commercially minded B2B digital leader who measures success in pipeline and revenue, not clicks. You're as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are presenting to senior stakeholders, and you thrive in a growth-focused environment.

You'll bring:

• Extensive B2B digital marketing experience, including owning a multi-channel budget and agency relationships
• Strong hands-on knowledge across paid, organic search, conversion and marketing automation
• A data-driven, commercial approach to every decision
• The ability to influence and work across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Practical experience using AI in your marketing

Bonus points for experience in a matrix or PE-backed business, and for having built or led a team.
