Westpac is seeking an Executive Manager, Analytics Enablement to lead Data Management Specialists and Data & Intelligence Analysts in Sydney. You will foster talent, coach career development and build capabilities to support the bank's evolving data, analytics and AI landscape.

You will partner with analytics, data, product and technology leaders to understand capability needs, guide change, and strengthen the analytics community across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading analytics, data management and intelligence specialists.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and career development focus.
• Solid understanding of analytics and data management disciplines.
• Experience building capability, craft practices and consistent ways of working.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
