Zusammenfassung

Western Power’s Perth office seeks a Business Improvement and Performance Team Leader to shape how we plan, measure and improve the delivery of connection services. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across improvement, change and analytics to deliver measurable performance and better customer outcomes.

You’ll drive KPI frameworks, governance, and sustainable change while partnering with technical and operational teams to turn complex data into actionable insight for executives.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Change Management (e.g. Prosci) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams responsible for business improvement, operational excellence, process management, change management, performance reporting or business analytics.
• Strong people leadership capability, including coaching, capability development and building high-performing teams.
• Strong experience across performance reporting, KPI development and data analytics, with the ability to translate complex information into insights for leadership.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, process optimisation and performance management.
• Track record of delivering improvement initiatives that achieve measurable operational and customer outcomes.
• Experience leading organisational change and supporting adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across levels of an organisation.
• Strong commercial, strategic and business acumen balancing customer, operational and organisational priorities.
• Ability to lead effectively in a complex and evolving environment.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, performance and customer outcomes.
• Shape performance reporting, KPI frameworks, dashboards and analytics for leadership decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement practical improvements.
• Build trusted relationships across the business and gain buy-in for new processes and tools.
• Lead change activities to support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Support development of digital tools and products enabling better workflows and performance.
• Establish governance, standards and improvement frameworks for consistent ways of working.
• Monitor performance and identify emerging issues, risks and opportunities.
• Foster a culture of trust, collaboration and learning with governance and compliance.
