Job summary

Western Power's Asset Operations team is seeking an Operational Excellence Team Leader to drive operational performance through leadership of risk and compliance, business continuity, analytics, change management and continuous improvement initiatives across Operational Maintenance.

You will lead a team responsible for operational risk, performance reporting, and the development of data-based tools, dashboards and KPIs, while supporting change management and ensuring frontline realities inform

Qualifications

Experience leading risk and compliance initiatives across maintenance teams.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and dashboards.
Proven track record in change management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead a team responsible for operational risk, business continuity, and performance reporting.
Develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans to ensure service resilience.
Create and improve data-based tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
Oversee change management activities and stakeholder engagement for improvements.
Bridge field operations and the broader business to inform decisions.
