Job summary

Western Power is seeking a Customer Operations Team Leader to guide a high-performing team in delivering customer-focused services for distribution connection works in Perth. The role supports performance metrics, stakeholder engagement and ongoing staff development.

You will oversee project lifecycles, maintain service levels, and manage communications while complying with regulatory obligations. Flexible work arrangements and career development are highlighted in this permanent, full-time

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in a commercial or business-related discipline or extensive experience in a customer driven supervisory position.
Demonstrated leadership experience, skills and knowledge.
Understanding of risk and compliance principles and their business application.
Proficiency with computer software applications.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a customer-focused team across engagement, financial matters and admin support for distribution connections.
Ensure service levels for customer-initiated works are maintained and monitored.
Report on overall service performance and intervene to meet key customer outcomes.
Manage customer communications related to customer-initiated works.
Ensure compliance with legal, technical and regulatory obligations.
