The Onset Group in Sydney is seeking a senior AI Product leader to own the AI product direction across our platform. This role involves strategic ownership, hands-on discovery, and delivery with an AI enablement team and five feature teams to bring reliable, commercially valuable capabilities to customers.

You will report to the CPO and work across a portfolio of AI initiatives, launching assistants and agents that transform workflows and deliver measurable customer value.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B SaaS product experience across complex software and multiple teams.
• Delivery of at least one AI assistant or agentic experience used by real customers.
• Technical fluency across LLMs, retrieval, tool use, model selection, context constraints, latency and cost.
• Practical evaluation/measurement focus: data, tests, launch criteria and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Own AI product direction across the platform and drive strategic roadmaps.
• Lead discovery and delivery with AI enablement team and five feature teams.
• Partner with CPO and senior stakeholders to align product outcomes with business goals.
• Define quality standards, release criteria, and measures of performance for AI capabilities.
• Coach and develop Product Managers to grow AI capability through practical delivery.
