Job summary

Bespoke Careers in Sydney is seeking a Head of AI Product to own the AI product direction across the platform, working with an AI enablement team and five feature teams, in a senior, hands-on role.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will shape AI assistants and agents, set strategy, and collaborate with engineering to deliver valuable capabilities with measurable outcomes. This hybrid Sydney role offers the opportunity to lead without losing hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B SaaS product leadership experience.
• Experience delivering AI assistants or agents used by customers.
• Technical fluency with LLMs, retrieval, tools, context, latency and cost.
• Strong stakeholder influence and delivery accountability.
• Ability to coach product managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set AI product strategy and roadmap across the platform.
• Lead discovery and delivery with AI enablement team and five feature teams.
• Define evaluation methods and release thresholds for AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to build reusable AI tools and MCP/API capabilities.
• Coach and influence senior stakeholders while staying hands-on.
