• Experience building and operating ML/AI-powered products in production.
• Ability to lead senior technical leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of agentic AI, LLM architecture, and trade-offs between quality, latency and cost.

Aufgaben

• Own the engineering of MYOB’s agentic AI products from discovery through production and ongoing operation.
• Define the target technical state for MYOB’s AI products with leadership input.
• Establish robust evaluation frameworks, quality measures and release criteria balancing accuracy, latency, reliability, safety and cost.
• Define data sourcing, curation and improvement strategies powering AI, using product feedback loops.
• Embed responsible AI into architecture and product design with appropriate oversight, privacy and security considerations.
• Lead and coach senior engineers across AI, data science and software teams, partnering with Product, Design, Security and Architecture.
