OpenAI seeks an AI Architect in Sydney to be the senior technical owner for a named portfolio, shaping AI strategy and guiding customers from discovery to production value. You will own the technical roadmap for OpenAI products, translating business priorities into actionable use‑case portfolios and durable customer value with the right specialists.

You will work with executives and engineers, ensuring security, privacy, and scalable deployment while driving measurable outcomes and growth.

Formación

• Significant experience in customer‑facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical account leadership.
• Proven track record guiding enterprise organisations from evaluation to production adoption.
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations including APIs, distributed systems, security and privacy.
• Experience with modern AI systems, LLMs, and enterprise AI workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and long‑term relationship owner for a named portfolio of customers.
• Own the technical account plan and milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead discovery with executives and technical teams to identify high‑value use cases.
• Develop Applied AI architectures spanning models, data, integration, security and governance.
• Guide customers through evaluations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value.
• Maintain a focused use‑case portfolio with clear ownership and adoption plans.
• Build trusted technical relationships with CTOs, CIOs, CISOs and AI leaders.
• Coordinate with Deployment, training, product, and partners to deliver value.
• Ensure delivery teams own implementation once engaged and track adoption and value realization.
