Excel Building Management Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Head Concierge to lead the concierge team at a premium residential property in Sydney. You will be the face of the building, delivering exceptional service to residents and guests while coordinating with the Building Manager and service providers.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and maintaining a high standard of presentation, security, and day-to-day operations within a premier environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Head Concierge or senior concierge/ front office supervisor role.
• Premium residential, hotel, hospitality or high-level customer service background.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the Concierge team to maintain high service standards.
• Deliver 5-star customer service to residents and guests.
• Induct and develop Concierge team members; manage rosters and daily operations.
• Coordinate operations with Building Manager and other stakeholders.
• Maintain security, records and liaise with residents and contractors.
