Sodexo is seeking a kitchen leader to manage a high-volume bulk catering operation located in Brisbane, QLD. You will oversee meal production for breakfast, crib and dinner services while ensuring food safety, cost control and quality standards.

This FIFO/BIBO role from Brisbane features a 14:7 roster with 11-hour days. Casual and permanent opportunities are available with long-term career growth for high performers.

Qualifications

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Full Australian working rights
