Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our Queensland regional operations. These FIFO roles from Rockhampton on a 14:7 roster involve long shifts in a busy village kitchen, delivering meals for mining communities.

Casual opportunities exist with potential permanent placement for high performers on a 11-hour day schedule. Salary ranges between AUD 93,000 and AUD 98,000 per year plus Superannuation, with on-site meals and accommodation provided while on site, and a clear path for long-term

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
