Job summary

Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our remote operations in a busy camp environment, delivering high‑quality meals to mining communities from Sydney, NSW. The role features a 14:7 roster (14 days on, 7 days off), FIFO/BIBO options and casual opportunities with potential for permanent placement.

You'll prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services in a high‑volume setting, maintain HACCP standards, and work as part of a supportive kitchen team while on site.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.
