Sodexo is seeking Head Chefs to lead regional Queensland operations in a busy village environment, delivering quality meals for mining communities.

This FIFO/BIBO role from Brisbane offers a 14:7 roster, 11-hour days, and a pathway to permanent placement for high performers. The position requires a Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery, bulk catering experience, and strong food safety standards while building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens.
• FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.
