Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Head Baker to lead production in a brand-new, high-volume artisan bakery near Noosaville, QLD. The role focuses on planning, leading and overseeing daily production across bread, sourdough, viennoisserie and patisserie with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will work with the Operations Manager and a small baking team, ensuring quality and consistency while maintaining efficient operations across day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Qualified Baker with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior baking or Head Baker position.
• Proven experience managing high-volume production across bread, viennoisserie, patisserie and bake-off.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with artisan sourdough production.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage daily production to meet volume and quality requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate and hold a team accountable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to product quality and consistency.
• Ability to work across both day production and night baking operations when required.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
