Frontline Recruitment Group is partnering with a growing artisan bakery in Queensland to hire a Head Baker. The role leads high-volume production across bread, sourdough, viennoisserie and patisserie in a brand-new bakery opening mid-November to December.

You will plan, lead and oversee daily production, manage the baking team and ensure quality and consistency of premium products. We are seeking a proven baking professional who can work across day and night shifts, with a strong leadership

Qualifications

• Qualified Baker with a minimum of 5 years' senior baking or Head Baker experience.
• Proven experience leading high-volume production across bread, sourdough, viennoisserie and patisserie.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of training and motivating a team.
• Ability to manage day and night production to meet volume and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both day and night operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Plan production to meet volume targets while maintaining premium quality.
• Train, motivate and hold the bakery team accountable for results.
