Travel + Leisure Co. Ramada Resort Golden Beach is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our busy resort team on site in Golden Beach, VIC. The role involves hands-on maintenance across guest rooms and grounds, with a focus on quick fault reporting and guest support.

We value a practical, proactive maintainer with experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and gardening. A rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening is preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of rooms/grounds.
• Inspection & reporting of faults.

How You'll Shine

As a friendly and experienced maintenanceall-rounder to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our maintenance department and will preferably have experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening, and general maintenance.

• Maintenance of rooms/grounds
• Inspection & reporting of faults
• Reporting all maintenance issues as required
• Assisting guests when required

This is a busy hands-on role that requires a motivated can-do person with great time management skills and a desire to make the property the best it can be!

What You'll Bring

• Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a dynamic and busy environment
• Always conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects the company in a positive manner
• Have a 'can-do' attitude, eye for detail and display enthusiasm at all times
• Previous experience within a hotel maintenance environment would be preferable.
• Ability to work unsupervised and an exceptional eye for detail are key requirements of this role.
• You will be required to work a rotating roster including, nights, weekends and public holidays
