Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a Coles Services Team Leader in Melbourne to lead a frontline team, keeping stores clean, safe and welcoming for customers. You’ll coach, coordinate cleaning tasks, and ensure high standards across a primary store and potentially multiple sites in the region.

You will balance operational priorities, stay hands-on with tasks, and support customers on the shop floor. This role offers development opportunities and involvement in store-wide leadership in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong focus on safety, standards and teamwork.
• Clear communication, time management and task prioritisation.
• Confident on the shop floor supporting customers.
• Ability to stay organised while balancing priorities.
• Hands-on and prepared to complete cleaning tasks and collect trolleys.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and push/pull trolleys.
