Job summary

Boyce is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer to join the Technology Team in Sydney/Dubbo to support the day-to-day technology experience of staff and collaborate with a Managed Service Provider to resolve issues.

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will manage onboarding/offboarding, asset management, software deployment, and user training across a broad range of technologies and business systems.

Qualifications

• Experience working in technology support, helpdesk or IT systems support role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft desktop technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following established processes.
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Experience with IT asset management and device lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding processes within a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting software deployment, device configuration and ongoing technology maintenance.
• Working closely with our Managed Service Provider to monitor service levels and escalate issues when required.
• Assisting with procurement activities and maintaining appropriate technology stock levels across the business.
• Delivering user training, guidance and support to help teammates get the most from technology.
• Helping maintain documentation, processes and operational procedures that support efficient technology services.
