Job summary

OpenTech Alliance in Sydney is seeking a Technical Support and Implementation Specialist to join our team in Galston. This full-time role focuses on delivering technical support and leading system implementations for clients, with emphasis on onboarding and ongoing client assistance.

You will diagnose issues, configure systems, create training materials and run client trainings. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking and ITSM tools is desirable.

Qualifications

Experience in technical support, IT help desk or implementation roles.
Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux, plus networking basics.
CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients across platforms, diagnosing issues and resolving them promptly.
Lead and manage IT system implementations for new and existing clients with minimal disruption.
Configure and customize systems per client needs and best practices.
Create documentation, user guides and training materials for onboarding and usage.
Conduct client training sessions to ensure effective utilization of solutions.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues in collaboration with internal teams.
