Job summary

Boyce Chartered Accountants is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer to join the Technology Team at our Sydney/Dubbo office. You will provide first-level IT support, manage technology assets, and assist onboarding and offboarding while coordinating with our Managed Service Provider.

This hands-on role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work across a broad range of technologies and business systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technology support/helpdesk or IT systems support.
• Proven ability to work with customers and translate technical concepts.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Supporting software deployment and device configuration.
• Collaborating with Managed Service Provider to monitor service levels and escalate issues.
• Assisting procurement and maintaining technology stock levels.
• Delivering user training and guidance to help teammates get the most from technology.
