nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician based in Goulburn to work independently across installations, repairs and maintenance for homes or businesses. You’ll install copper or fibre cabling, set up customer equipment, identify faults and guide customers through the process with clear communication.

No telecom experience is required; we’ll train you. A strong safety mindset, valid driver’s licence, and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in telecommunications isn’t needed — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• What matters most is that you enjoy hands-on work, like solving problems, and feel comfortable speaking with customers.
• You might come from a trade, a hands-on technical job, or a customer-focused role.
• A strong commitment to safety, clear communication skills, and a current, clean Driver’s Licence are essential.
