Job summary

nbn is hiring a Senior Field Technician based in the Warragul area to deliver end-to-end service for homes and businesses across Australia. You’ll install, fault-find and maintain copper and fibre networks, ensuring high-quality customer outcomes with autonomy and integrity.

You’ll join a supportive team with coaching and career progression opportunities, while meeting tight deadlines and travelling as needed. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current Driver’s License is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Approachable and caring attitude to customer service.

• Comfortable working to tight deadlines.

• Availability to work 7am–7pm and travel as required.
