Job summary

nbn is looking for a Customer Field Technician to join our team in Goulburn, NSW. The role involves hands-on field work across different technologies, including installations, repairs, and maintenance at homes or small businesses.

You will work independently, with training provided and a focus on safety and high-quality customer service. A current driver’s license is essential, and the role is full-time with a permanent contract. Flexibility to cover 7am–7pm shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in trades or hands-on roles preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Install copper or fibre cabling and customer equipment.
• Identify and fix faults and perform maintenance.
• Support customers in homes or small businesses.
• Operate safely in customer premises following procedures.
• Work independently across multiple tasks.
