Job summary

Alpha Team Fitness is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Casual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, helping create a welcoming gym environment and delivering great customer service. No previous experience is required.

Full training will be provided. The role is casual and part-time, with a 10-hour weekly schedule in the evenings and weekends.

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team as a Casual Front Desk Receptionist.

About the Role

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, helping create a positive and welcoming gym environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming members and visitors to the gym
• Assisting with membership enquiries and sign-ups
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Providing friendly customer service
• Helping with general reception and administrative duties
• Keeping the reception area clean and organised and mopping bathrooms and general duty cleaning
• Supporting the team with daily gym operations

• Monday: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Tuesday: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
