Alpha Team Fitness is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Casual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, helping create a welcoming gym environment and delivering great customer service. No previous experience is required.

Full training will be provided. The role is casual and part-time, with a 10-hour weekly schedule in the evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and visitors to the gym.
• Assisting with membership enquiries and sign-ups.
• Answering phone calls and emails.

• Helping with general reception and administrative duties.
• Keeping the reception area clean and organized and mopping bathrooms and general duty cleaning.
• Supporting the team with daily gym operations.
