HITFIT in Melbourne is seeking a friendly Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant to welcome members and visitors, answer inquiries and support daily operations. You will assist with bookings, balance accounts and help with memberships in a fast-paced gym environment.

The role suits someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintains a positive energy, and can manage multiple tasks at once. Evening availability aligns with shift patterns in a health and fitness setting.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting members and visitors as they arrive.
• Answering phone calls, emails and messages.
• Assisting with bookings, enquiries and appointments.
• Helping members with account questions and general support.
• Checking members into classes.
• Processing POS sales including merchandise, drinks and gym products.
• Assisting with membership sign ups and paperwork.
• Managing membership payments, account updates, pauses and cancellations.
• Helping members with payment issues and membership enquiries.
• Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and organised.
• Assisting with basic admin tasks and data entry.
• Supporting the coaching and sales team where needed.
• Helping maintain a positive and high-energy culture within the gym.

Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant to join the HitFit team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our members.

Candidates must be available to work Monday - Friday 3pm -8:30pm

As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will play a big role in making people feel comfortable, supported and excited to be part of the gym.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and visitors as they arrive
• Answering phone calls, emails and messages
• Assisting with bookings, enquiries and appointments
• Helping members with account questions and general support
• Checking members into classes
• Following up missed calls and enquiriesProcessing POS sales including merchandise, drinks and gym products
• Assisting with membership sign ups and paperwork
• Managing membership payments, account updates, pauses and cancellations
• Helping members with payment issues and membership enquiries
• Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and organised
• Assisting with basic admin tasks and data entry
• Supporting the coaching and sales team where needed
• Helping maintain a positive and high-energy culture within the gym
